Beyond Barreis a hot full body workout – a true cardio ballet program. The BeyondBarre program is unlike any other thanks to its creative design and limitless workout variations. BeyondBarre kicks up the intensity of the typical barre exercise program with its unique one of a kind cardio series. We have combined small, precise muscle movements and isometric holds to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch the muscles with an EXCLUSIVE cardio glide to increase endurance, stamina and balance while melting away fat.

The 60 minute long session consists of:

  • ballet barre leg work to build long lean legs
  • ice skating inspired BeyondBarre GlideBoard cardio
  • free weights for upper body sculpting
  • a stomach flattening abdominal series

Why Beyond Barre Works

Each exercise is thoughtfully and purposefully placed in the class exercise order to optimize the ability to burn fat, sculpt the body, and build long, lean muscles. At BeyondBarre we took ballet barre leg sculpting exercises and amplified them. Then we incorporated the BeyondBarre GlideBoard skating intervals to build the lateral side-to-side muscles. By building these lateral muscles, balance and agility are enhanced. In addition to improving stability, the BeyondBarre GlideBoard provides an amazing cardio workout. Our program is designed to strengthen the muscles by working to fatigue then stretch to lengthen and sculpt. By adding the BeyondBarre GlideBoard skating cardio, along with balls, bands and funky music mixes, you slim down while having fun.

Keep your classes fun, innovative and effective by introducing the ball to your BeyondBarre classes. Get ready to test your clients’ balance and coordination by adding a ball into your BeyondBarre choreography. The ball has the ability to stabilize your body and at the same time create an added challenge.

Beyond BarreBands

Use resistance and cuffed bands to create resistance in your BeyondBarre workout. With the bands, isolate smaller muscles to create a stronger body. Work on the lateral muscles of the legs by adding more tension and intensity to your workout with the cuffed bands, and sculpt leaner muscles in the arms with long resistance bands. feel the exquisite burn quickly with the added resistance challenge.

Beyond BarreWeights

Add a little something to your BeyondBarre classes by including hand and ankle weights. In this workshop you will learn how to layer in hand and ankle weights to give your clients the extra challenge they are looking for. Be ready to get sculpted!

Beyond BarreCardio

Deliver the heart pumping workout and ultimate results your clients crave with BeyondBarre Board to Barre Cardio, an all-in-one, cardio infused workout. This workshop will focus on alternating between ballet barre’s thigh trimming, booty lifting, leg sculpting techniques and the BeyondBarre GlideBoard’s fat burning cardio and over all body strength training. The BeyondBarre GlideBoard will be sure to guarantee a heart pumping, fat melting and muscle sculpting experience like no other.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to keep things moving by alternating between exercise combinations on the muscle sculpting ballet barre and cardio intervals of the BeyondBarre GlideBoard. These exercises are accompanied by strategic, whole-body strengthening, moves on the BeyondBarre GlideBoard to ensure a well-rounded routine.
